溶于乙醚和乙醇,溶于3倍80%的乙醇，微溶于水。Usually used to prepare 5-methoxy-1,8-dimethyltetralin,and also used as the solubilizate molecule to study the site of incorporation of solubilizates in sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) micellar systems.
应用：
