荧光衰减封片剂是一种用于减缓荧光衰减的封片试剂。以甘油为基础,加入抗荧光衰减剂,有强烈的抗荧光衰减作用,用于对荧光组织和细胞样品的封片。封片后，样品4℃或者-20℃避光可保存2-3周。本试剂操作简单，在封片时用枪滴一滴抗荧光衰减封片液，盖上盖玻片就可以了。

使用说明

A. 染色完毕后，吸尽液体。

C. 随后就可在荧光显微镜下观察样品了。

注意事项

2）在使用抗衰减封片液的情况下可以减缓衰减，但仍宜尽量避光。
