1X TM Buffer (50 mM Tris HCl, 10 mM Magnesium Sulfate at pH 7.5) is suitable for molecular biology assays.
This product is ready-to-use as a working 1X solution and requires no further dilution. This buffer consists of 50 mM Tris HCl, 10 mM Magnesium Sulfate at pH 7.5 and was prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in pharmaceutical grade deionized water.
